cmh6476 918 Posted November 27 should be decent viewing tomorrow. I sort of expect the Bears to give the Lions a decent fight, but they haven't finished all year so I'm not sure why they would start now. the 3:00 game will be...interesting Tommy DeVito or Drew Lock, maybe against Cooper Rush But the Thursday night game should be entertaining. You all know which game I'm most looking forward to, but I've had this one marked on the calendar since the schedule was announced. First ever Black Friday game, and I'm heading there with three buddies from high school. Raiduhs week is always a good one, no matter how the teams are faring. I'm smoking a couple turkeys tomorrow, but once those are done I went to a local butcher and got a prime 5 lb brisket flat and prime 5 lb brisket point, and I'm going to spend the rest of my Thanksgiving smoking those and will end up with sliced brisket and some burnt ends for our tailgate. Made some homemade BBQ sauce for the burnt ends and going to season it all myself. I'm almost looking forward to our meal and tailgate as much as I am the game And go 9ers#@!@

I'm ok if they lose, just keep it competitive till the end. It's almost impossible for the Birds to keep going at this pace. I thought last week was a trap game, pleasant surprise, nice win. Voltaire 4,965 Posted November 28 Nice job Eberflus. My God, do those Bears find amazing and frustrating ways to lose games. Also, that game was horrible and total bulls*t. Not enjoyable at all.

Voltaire 4,965 Posted November 28 I don't know how many warm bodies the Lions will have to field next week against Green Bay. That game will be Thursday again, for both teams, both play today.
Mike Honcho 4,731 Posted November 28 It is getting fun to see how the Bears are going to botch a dramatic come back every week. I was worried they were going to repeat themselves with a blocked kick, but they pulled it out of a hat and came up with something new again.

That is cause he was playing out of the pocket and what made him look special at USC. He is garbage as a pure pocket passer.

Voltaire 4,965 Posted November 29 It'd be nice if Arizona and/or Baltimore could give Detroit some breathing room this week as this banged up team could defiantly use that first round bye playoffs and we're in the driver's seat to get it but our schedule remains brutal. Especially a Ravens win would be nice as Detroit should have tiebreaker advantages over Minny and Green Bay and it makes the Buffalo game less important to hold off Philly. Next week's Green Bay game is particularly big since that's a common opponent with Philly and losing that would flip the tiebreaker over to them. It also may lead to resting starters vs. Minny in week 17 coupled with a bye week would be huge. Also, Aaron Glenn has been doing a masterful job with this piecemeal defense this year, and I owe him an apology to him since I've given him grief in years past. Glenn needed playmakers and Brad Holmes got them. If he didnt do better this year he would have been done i think. He will be a head coach somewhere next year.
