Hollywood stars are reportedly putting on a "bidding war" for Sean "Diddy" Combs alleged sex tapes amid the rapper's legal battles.

According to actor Daniel Baldwin, the Bad Boy Records founder's tapes are being sold to the highest bidder to prevent a celebrity from being dragged into Diddy's scandal.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is currently being held in the Brooklyn MDC Jail, where he will remain until his trial in May next year.

Baldwin made the shocking claim during an appearance on the PBD Podcast, stating that the alleged footage was specifically being sold to people who appeared in the tapes.

"He has videos of the parties," the actor said. "Now, what I've heard, which I don't know how much of it is in mainstream media, I don't really follow the story that much."

Baldwin continued, "But what I've heard from friends that are attorneys, friends of mine, that have represented me before, agents and so on, is that there's a bidding war going on right now."

"They're driving that price up," he claimed. "Because if you want your client and your famous actor to not be involved, or famous singer to not come out, here's the price."

"And that they're just selling to the individuals that are in those. This is what I've heard. They're selling those videos," the actor added, per the Daily Mail.

During Baldwin's appearance on the show, he noted that he once met Diddy, whom he described as "kind."

"I've met him before," the actor claimed. "Very nice guy, very smart. Super business. He's very successful. And I think that there's a duality there."

Baldwin, however, made it clear that he was never at any of the rapper's houses with the "late-night crowd."

He explained, "There is the faces that showed up at the parties, or the event that went to the big party, and then there was the late night crowd, when everyone started going, and then the door's got locked up, and the last 40, 30 people were there... And I was never at any of those."

I would have, unless the invitation came with transportation costs.  I would not pay to travel to another city to attend a party where I would not know the people, their backgrounds in most cases, and where I would stick out like a sore thumb.
