himmystyles 30 Posted December 18, 2024 full ppr; would you go with ford or Jonathan Taylor? Ford catches passes. Don’t know if Taylor’s gaffe of dropping the ball puts him in some kind of doghouse as well haha. Is having DTR as qb a benefit or hindrance for ford? ford also gets the horrid bengals run d, but DTR may steal some rushing there. Jt also has a nice Tenn matchup. Captain America 2 Posted December 18, 2024 Tough call...I have a similar issue. Both have good match-ups (JT's is better). Ford should get volume. This DTR QB is kind of a wildcard...never heard of him. Does your league award points for kickoff returns? Ford returned four kickoffs for 117 yards last game. Not sure if they will continue to use him that way. If so, that could be your tiebreaker. Good luck.

Sucks Jt has zero passing contribution.

himmystyles 30 Posted December 21, 2024 Bump; any else have any opinions between these two?
Ray_T 725 Posted December 22, 2024 well, from what I can tell, when chubb has been out, in terms of points per game very similar to JT. While Ford has been pretty decent. though I think if the Colts get ahead, we will see a lot more of JT than weve seen thus far and the matchup is right. Browns on the other hand are more of a dumpster fire, so playing from behind more. I think I'd go with JT on this one. though I can totally see why you are tempted by the Ford play. Showboat 250 Posted December 22, 2024 I think JT is the safer play. Ford is tempting, but I'd only consider it if JT was going aganst one of the top run Ds.

I just wish JT was used even sparingly in the pass game. Ford has some receiving chops and it’s full ppr. Will likely just go JT but I’m in comeback mode already unfortunately in this match haha. jimmyv83 0 Posted December 22, 2024 Tough one. I’d go Taylor. With Indy and tenn crappy QB ‘s. Could be a lot of running going on. please see my thread
