Here's some info regarding Florida statute of limitations when it comes to diddling with underaged girls.

The ethics report said there was "substantial evidence" that he paid to fock an underaged girl in 2017, but if I'm reading that story correctly, the lifting of statute of limitations would apply to acts after July 1, 2020.

I haven't run across what the statute of limitations was on rape before that.
