FBI lead agent Aletha Duncan has said, “This is not a terrorist attack”.  How on earth can she possibly know that at this point.  It’s not like she said, “We don’t know yet if it’s terrorism or not.”  She said explicitly that it was NOT terrorism.  Good Lord the FBI has been overridden by incompetent assses.

Just calling a spade a spade.  It’s an atrocious error on her part.  Completely unacceptable.  We’ve got incompetence everywhere in law enforcement these days.  The Police Superintendent is an 82 year old woman.  Not a DEI hire, but just as bad.  We’ve lost our minds in this country.

No.  Understanding the word “terrorism” - what it means from a legal and political standpoint - is at the top of the list for every FBI agent, never mind a high ranking official like Aletha Duncan.  These people are trained to say at the outside of an incident like this is - “At this point we don’t know if it was a terrorist attack, but we are investigating that as a possibility.”  This dope said, “This was not a terrorist event.”  And she said that literally one minute after the police chief just said that it was terrorism.  This isn’t standard “fog of war” stuff.  This is complete incompetence.

You can ask, but I‘m not going to tell you.  What I mentioned above is common knowledge though.  Assessing whether something is an official act of terrorism versus a non-political mass murder is critical.  Because what you are trying to ascertain is whether the threat level has  effectively been eliminated, or whether additional attacks might be forthcoming.  The Sugar Bowl is tonight - a high profile event with over 60,000 people.  And one of the teams playing is Notre Dame, perhaps the most recognized Christian school in the world. People have a right to know what is going on here.
