There must be a way to know how big these fields are before we select events, no? The Arnold Palmer Invitational field size varies by year, but is usually around 120 players. The field size for the 2024 Memorial Tournament was expected to be around 70–80 players The Players and majors will all have full fields, but the new way they do designated events makes it tough without doing multiple doubleheaders. Looks to be around 120. So my question was, would a field like that be too watered down?
