The few who try to run around playing moderates are no better than the leftist authoritarians.  We have two complete value systems at war, one which values individual freedoms and one who advocates big government centralized control. We were way too close to slipping into being an authoritarian state.  We need to put a knife in the back of the tyranny which was upon us, not play nice and pretend they had good intentions.

Agreed.  @Fnord and I had our issues but have since resolved them since I look at his posts in a different light than I do guys like Squiztard, TrailGhey, etc...

I think he generally means well and it's good to have a decent and common sense approach to differing views on a topic.  Like me, he does respond in kind to posters who want to needle him and troll, but otherwise if you offer a good dialog to him he will offer it back.
