Walz taps his chest 2x and does not shoot his arm straight out forcefully. His feels more like a greeting or wave. Plus, he doesn’t have any history to suggest otherwise.

I read the article. I do not believe that Elon is a nazi. I do believe that he is an enemy of democracy though, and there is a possibility that he did the salute on purpose to piss people off (or maybe his Asperger's prevented him from understanding the implications of doing it), like @thegeneral claims. All of these things can exist together.
