1341 were identified as Hispanic(ACCORDING TO THOSE STATS).  Though, again, if you learned to how to use a table you would know "The ethnicity totals are representative of those agencies that provided ethnicity breakdowns. Not all agencies provide ethnicity data; therefore, the race and ethnicity totals will not equal."

About 900,00 of the 6.8M total crimes don't contain that data.
