I think we need to appreciate what is transpiring here.

I believe, and this is just from my own personal experience, that politicians setup this funding to go overseas, and that money comes back to them via overseas banks.  There are schemes in place and this is a key tool feeding how people in congress amass fortunes on simple governmental salaries.

Trump et al is directly threatening that money stream.  We should not think they will not go to ANY extreme to protect the money and power.  What Trump and Musk are doing is dangerous.

Ask yourself this.....why target US AID, like right out of the gate?

IMHO, Trump had Musk go after this agency immediately because he can strangle the money flow for Democrats on the back end.  This means they have less to buy people with.
