I bet you don’t make another SB for at least 5 years. Hope you soaked it all in.

I think losing that bad gets them back quicker than if they would have run :dunno:

KC needs to fix that tackle situation and probably needs an upgrade at RB and WR. They should consider moving on from Kelce. He doesn’t scare anyone anymore.

Nope. Philly exposed all of their weaknesses and your OC is an absolute idiot. There's no quick fix for the Chiefs, it's over for at least a few years

That’s a little premature.

Well if you believe in story-book endings take my Bills. The SB next year is where Josh grew up and Buffalo opens their new stadium the year after next. What a beautiful opening to the 2026 season then the Bills raising their first championship banner in their brand new stadium.

If you believe in reality take someone else

Vikings have a QB controversy.  That doesn't always bode well for the season

I'm starting to think the Bills are jinxed.  Seriously.  KC was totally beatable, and the bills blew it, again, against the Chiefs.

Not the same as making the SB 4 straight times and losing, but it still stings.   I like the bills a lot and would love to see them play my Lions in the SB, but man they just can't seem to get over the hump.

Welcome to the club buddy.  Lions are in the same boat.

There was an interesting comment made by a local sports guy.  What's worse for the fans?  The Lions, who haven't really ever made it far, losing in their first game this year(and the blown NFC championship last year) or Buffalo, who has seen the same Chiefs team make it to the SB 3 years in a row, including 2 straight head to head losses.

Bengals, Chargers and Vikings all look like nice plays at those odds.  Hard to not still like KC.  I also don't care so much about the Lions losing their coordinators so +1000 seems better than Lamar at +700.  I also don't see a repeat for Philly so definitely not interested at +600

The Redskins should be a little higher on the list. As for the Vikings, this coming season will be #64 & they still haven't won, & haven't even been in one since 1977

That either means they're due, or cursed. I'll go with the latter.

Broncos perhaps.  Payton surprised me.  Their turnaround after dealing picks for Russ and a coach surprised me.  Their defense is very good always seems to be.  Nix will be in his 2nd year.  They need to develop a run game.  Need some pieces.  If Nix wasnt a fluke then they would have a shot at the division if KC's 1 score games fall differently.

The NFC certainly looks easier to pick out a team down the board.

Biased pick.  GB 18 to 1.  Their defense turned it around this season.  Love got hurt twice and came back too early.  They continue to be the youngest team in the league so growth is possible by just maturing.  And they have some cap to play with.  Eagles scored a whopping 22 vs them in the playoffs at home, winning the TO battle 4-0.  GB had a chance to beat them then and week 1 in Brazil this season.  The lack of wins vs top opponents is a concern.  But again, the youngest team each year.   They were in most all of those games vs those top teams.

Its interesting because I cant believe they were as good as they were.  Jayden Daniels is great but the talent is meh. Hes still a rookie at end of the day.  So yeah I agree, with it a forgone conclusion they will add some big pieces, they have a nice number.  They need to avoid the sophmore slump with Daniels.

I dont expect Darnold to be there next season.  What are you hearing?  Darnold played over his head.  Jones is a FA.  They can bring him back but he is also like 31.

Was impressive what they did this season.  Great job by whole cosching staff molding Darnold and plsying that aggressive defense that generally worked most of thr year.

Wish I could add something, but I quit paying attention once the Vikings are out of it.

Weird dynamic.  I think if they didnt draft JJ they would definitely do what they could to bring him back.  I would assume a team like thr Raiders will be willing to give him more without a former 1st round 2nd year player over his shoulder.

Darnold is much more the QB you saw at the end of the season. I was happy for him, playing so well but when you have a good line, a smart veteran RB and you get to throw to JJ, Addison, Hock, etc... you should probably have some degree of success. if McCarthy is healthy, they should be good enough again to be in the playoffs.

I think Sam is their guy. JJ McCarthy is a bum, he won’t even be on a team come 2026.
