Why has it never been a big deal that other countries have tariffs on un but it's a huge deal when we place tariffs on them?  If it's bad for us then would it mean it's been bad for them this whole time?

I don't think anyone thought prices would drop immediately. 

In any event, that's going to require a plan and maybe getting other countries to stop f@cking us is one step in that plan.  I'm willing to wait it out.

I saw videos of about 12 different Democrats running for various congress/senate/governor/president etc. seats that all promised in their campaigns to clean up government wasteful spending. Obama was one of them. 

None of them did anything even close to those promises after they won their seats. 

We don't hear a peep from any of them now.  Other than whining.

I think it will bounce back a little tomorrow. Trump made a statement that he was open to negotiation and this no doubt cheered some people up. 

A lot of business people continue to be convinced that in the end none of this will be permanent. Maybe they’re right. I hope they are.
