In the coastal town of Gloucester, MA rests a massive castle with a spooky lure.

According to a Boston Magazine article, the castle was built in the 1920s by John Hammond, a successful inventor with over 800 patents.

The castle includes remarkable features that are far more impressive than the medieval architecture...such as the courtyard's own weather system.

The greatest city in the usa!

Tour of a castle in grade school? NOPE - boring.

That line sums it up. I went there in 4th or 5th grade on a field trip. Yup, it was boring. I can't imagine it would be any different for me today, but I am an old man now, so who knows. :(
