The Crew-9 mission also had to await the arrival of the Crew-10 astronauts to take their place.

The SpaceX Crew missions have for years been routine science expeditions to the station contracted under NASA.

While a few launch delays postponed the Crew-10 mission to reach the ISS, four different astronauts launched out of Florida on Friday and docked by Saturday. The arrival paved the way for Crew-9 and the Starliner astronauts to return home Tuesday evening – bringing to an end a plan put in place months ago without Trump's authorization.

You forgot to mention the Boeing thingy, how convenient. Biden hired Boeing to provide the capsule, huge fail. Then had to go begging to Musk, but didn't because of political reasons, he didn't care if they died.

No, I included that they were planned to come back around this time since August, via SpaceX.

No conservatives have "changed their tune" on this at all. It's always been, they are fine if you want one. They are terrible for long distance travel and pose a lot of problems if you rely on them for that. But if you want one to tool around town in, fine. 

But mandating these things in ANY way shape or form, is idiotic. They are a long way away from being the future of this country. 

Even Trump on the campaign trail said right in front of  Musk, "They are great if you want one, but they are not for everyone."
