Conservatives are going to make us all Brokies

Recommended Posts

Right now, since conservatives have been in control and everything is going their way, stocks, gas prices, groceries and products in general should see a glimmer of doing well. In fact, absolutely everything is bad. Nothing is on the upswing. Nothing.

Biden made us Brokies.  Maybe you forgot that prices during Biden went up 20%, gas up 45%, and consumers took on 30% more debt.

The point of raising tariffs on countries stealing from us is to get them to drop their tariffs, reducing costs.

The "tariffs cause inflation" bleat is fear-porn.

Well, by cracky they rounded up that college student who wrote a newspaper op ed and detained her in a Louisiana shithole.

Everything has gone to hand in a hellbasket while MAGA mooks make excuses and believe everything will be OK in a year.

This is just sheer ignorance. No matter how good or bad the economy will be at any one time, this person Peenie will NEVER be financially successful. It's kind of sad that many Americans can be this lost in life.

I’m not going to delete this thread. This is what people voted for, let’s hope he really meant what he says here and not that he just randomly fired a bunch of Americans with no real plan and Elon just ripped off our country.

Damn right I voted for it. Sorry you are going broke and your version of things are grossly inaccurate. But, Darwin and all....:dunno: No need for me to pay your way. I don't want to because you are better at pulling people back to your lows in life, than building people up to succeed. You can stay where you are in life voting for the scum of scum. That's fine with me. Your divisive hey day is over now that obama and creepy joe have been pushed aside for good.

Good luck though peenie. You'll need it.

This is the same guy who couldn’t end the war in Afghanistan or get an infrastructure bill passed.

You see, that’s what you conservatives really voted for: to punish others. Do you really think I’m thinking solely of myself? I’m not saying, I can’t afford or I’m hurting, no, I’m saying, overall the direction this country is going isn’t headed towards a better more affordable place for us all. You see, that’s the difference between selfish and non selfish people, we think of the welfare and well being of others. Based on your responses, you all get a sick glee watching innocent people getting deported, losing their jobs, departments being eradicated, and funds being cut haphazardly.

Awesome!  Now, let's see how far we can go and work to get Trump a 3rd term.

I agree with everything except "innocent people deported". People get deported for being here illegally. What's wrong with that?

If you snuck into a country and they kicked you out, ya probably wouldn't blame the country. And most countries don't allow just any bozo to legally immigrate. For some reason, everyone thinks the US is supposed to be the world's doormat.

Name one innocent person who has been deported under Trump? Why do you support illegal immigrants who are members of violent gangs and have committed crimes in the USA?

How long do you think our country will exist with a $1.6 trillion (and growing) deficit? We are currently paying over $1 trillion a year in interest on our debt.

have you visited doge.gov?

What funds have been cut haphazardly?

And I will ask again, why are you against school choice?

I feel some people need to be punished in order to wake up and turn their lives around.  I do feel bad for those who truly can not help it though.  It's the crappy people in the world who rune it for them.

Polls have consistently shown that more people, by a large margin, feel the country is headed in the right direction compared to Biden.  They also show people agree with Trump's deportation policies.  So you can keep whining like the Tim's but you're on the wrong side of public opinion.

I won’t say Elon is or isn’t ripping off our country but, if you think he might be, then help me understand how he’s doing it.  How is he using his DOGE role to illicitly profit?  Is he recommending people be fired or budgets pared and then secretly redirecting the money into his own pockets?  What’s the “ripoff” concept?

Elon said yesterday, when he spoke live in Wisconsin, 0.15% of govt jobs have been cut. He restated it to say NOT 1.5%, 0.15%.

And that’s after Biden went on a hiring spree for no other reason than to boost his employment numbers.

The bigger question is WHY?  He's the richest man in the world.  Just like Trump.  He's not the richest man in the world but he is rich and everyone said he only became President to profit off of it but never specified how he was doing it other than charging the SS to stay in his hotels.  I've seen no evidence that either of these guys has made any money off serving our country and would suggest that they've both been hurt financially by doing so.
