Fbg was a weird place.  So many so easily offended.  The mods spent so much time trying to protect the members feelings.  Lots and lots of posts being reported.

It was definitely more respectful there, but the mods had to have been pulling their hair out. Lots of suspensions doled out with no consistency. Seemed like consequences for bad behavior were entirely dependent on who the mod was and the mood they were in that day.

I like it better here, tbh. Though the a-hole factor is much nastier, you can at least call them out.

The a hole factor is way higher here.  But we are treated like adults.   You get called names or whatever just move on.   The fbg mods tried to suppress speech and when they realized it just made things worse they shut it down.

I had nothing to do with the Political forum being shut down. I wasn’t even around when it happened. It’s bullsh!t. 
 

I think it mostly happened because conservative posters reported everybody. It was pretty rare of me to report anyone; you had to be really offensive. But the Trumpers did it all the time. On purpose I think to get the whole thing shut down. There were a few libs too but it was 90% comservatives who were the problem.
