Harvard rejects Trump’s demands. Trump freezes $2.2 billion in grants.

Ok. I'll take your word for it.

I am Jewish, consider myself a Zionist, and have in the past donated money to Israel and Zionist causes and will likely do so in the future.
I am also sympathetic to the Palestinians, deplore the actions of the current Israeli government, support most of the college protests against that government’s actions (depending on rhetoric and peaceful nature), strongly support free speech on our college campuses. I don’t see any contradiction here. I assure you there are many Jews who feel as I do.

Above is a carefully worded post.  I too support "most" of the college protests.  But we aren't talking about those, are we?  We're talking about the protests at Columbia, Harvard, MIT, I'm sure others, which went beyond peaceful sit-ins into harassment and terrorism of Jewish students/faculty/employees, destruction of property, and physical disruption of education.

Also, "many" Jews is how many?  Hundreds, thousands out of millions?  It's mostly young, upper middle class Jews who've never known adversity as an ethnicity, and drink the TikTok "oppressed$#@!" koolaid.

Regarding Schwarzman, I'm confident he's not on Team Hamas:

Quote

Schwarzman, widely seen as one of the most powerful men on Wall Street, defected from Trump less than two years ago, when he declared that the time had come for a new generation of leaders to take over the Republican party.

On Friday, he changed course and announced he would donate to the former US president’s campaign to regain the White House.

“I share the concern of most Americans that our economic, immigration and foreign policies are taking the country in the wrong direction,” Schwarzman said in a statement to Axios. “For these reasons, I am planning to vote for change and support Donald Trump for president.”

Rising antisemitism has led Schwarzman to “focus on the consequences of upcoming elections with greater urgency”, he added.

I'm glad everyone agrees with everything.

Harvard shouldn't get federal money and Harvard doesn't want it if it comes with strings.  Perfect.

Ah, the risk of saying too much in a post, and giving the responder something to nibble off and isolate.  I sometimes make that mistake.

Any response to the rest of my post?

I think it will be. It will be the end of their racist acceptance practices as well.

Can we just agree that third world Muslims are horrible and shouldn't be allowed into white countries, while also admitting that there are a lot of Jews out to steal everything they can?

Um, no, we won't agree with you because we aren't all anti-Muslim bigots and racists.

You may want to look at Europe. Also Texas where they are trying to set up Sharia towns. Or Minnesota where they blast that prayer music 5 times a day. Or the videos where Muslims admit that their goal is to turn every country into a Muslim mecca.

Jews helped western countries bring in more Muslims to destroy their nationality. Then Jews, who knew Muslims would ruin the country, can say See! Muslims are bad!

Not all Muslims are like this of course, but the majority of poor 3rd world Muslims are.

I wouldn’t restrict Muslims from only the third world. Radical Muslims want to kill you. So called moderate Muslims want radical Muslims to kill you.

It's funny to see liberals defend Muslims, when their religion allows women to be brutalized. Women are seen as sub human. They aren't allowed any rights or freedoms. Liberals just don't make any sense to me any more.

Good for Harvard to stand up to this fascist regime.  Something Columbia should have done, something the big law firms should have done.

A glimmer of hope that some of our institutions still believe in democracy and won't cave to extortion by the government.

This is Democracy in action.  The Trumpslide was a mandate to start taking these types of actions.  We won, you lost. No more money for Harvard.

I think some of these pro-Hamas protestors have made absolute fools of themselves. But that’s their right so long as they’re peaceful. Obviously they don’t have the right to be violent, or to harass Jews or students who disagree with them.

To the issue at hand I think the Trump Administration is cynically using the issue of anti-semitism in order to attack the independence of universities as they stand in the way of the authoritarian dictatorship that Trump seeks to impose on this country. Following the pattern of Orban, Erdogan and other strong men, he is attempting to weaken the press, law firms, the courts, universities. All part of the plan. I’m glad Harvard is standing up to this,

This keeps getting worse.

Trump's Department of Homeland Security has sent a letter to Harvard threatening to revoke its eligibility to enroll international students unless it submits information on international students' disciplinary records and protest participation.

Statement from Harvard: "Harvard values the rule of law and expects all members of our community to comply with University policies and applicable legal standards. If federal action is taken against a member of our community, we expect it will be based on clear evidence, follow established legal procedures, and respect the constitutional rights afforded to all individuals."

Moral relativism is a core tenet of the Left.

If only more law firms would stand up to him.  This is the one that really pisses me off.  You're focking lawyers and what he's doing is illegal.  Focking fight back.
