Eh for the record, Trump was never arrested, even in his four indictments. He was indicted then it was offered for him to show up for processing at an arranged time at his preference.

lol. So the mugshot wasn’t part of an arrest?

The message consistently has been if you attempt to block ice from douig their job, you could be prosecuted for it.  Why is anyone surprised?

Based on what i am reading,  on CNN no less, she deliberately helped him evade arrest by ICE.

Disbarred at a minimum.

She will not be disbarred. She will not serve any jail time. This is all a big show.

People will continue to resist ICE (as they should, bunch of thugs.)

That's correct, Trump was never arrested, he was given the option to surrender. There's a difference.

Why waste the fuel? Get a rope that you can reuse for other liberal criminals.

I get the point. I'm just saying Trump & Co. will be giving her due process apparently.

Dude, ask the most conservative cop, look at Breitbart, look it up on The Flaming Orange Journal, they'll all say the same thing.

A few clowns among us with predictable responses but, good to see most normal people agree with what happened here.

This is unacceptable behavior from a judge, obviously.

Just further proof that some of you are so far gone that it really doesn't make any sense to attempt rational discussion with these folks.

The Affidavit says the judge pointed the guy to the exit through the jury door, whereupon he went into a public hallway filled with agents, whereupon he was arrested.

This won't make it past arraignment.

I’m going to be nice for once and not say mean but true things. When you turn yourself in you are still placed under arrest. Then they process you and then a judge decides if you are ror’d , bailed or remanded. It’s the same as when someone is taken off eh street. Now stand down. You don’t know what you’re talking about.

  • Thanks 1

It's fine, it's a better point, and I agree. But my point is Trump was never arrested and cuffed at his home or on the street or in public. He was given the option to surrender at a time and manner of his choosing. I understand your point

WTF are you talking about?  You need to stop getting your info at the far-left propaganda glory hole.  Per the affidavit:

Quote

According to a 13-page complaint, Dugan, 65, is accused of obstructing a U.S. agency and concealing an individual to prevent an arrest. The two charges carry a maximum penalty of six years in prison and a $350,000 fine, but sentences in cases involving nonviolent offenses typically are much shorter.

Specifically, the complaint says Dugan assisted Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, an undocumented Mexican immigrant, avoid being arrested by federal immigration officials at the Milwaukee County Courthouse after he appeared in her courtroom for a pretrial conference on April 18. Flores-Ruiz is facing three misdemeanor battery counts.

Two federal agents eventually chased Flores-Ruiz down outside the courthouse and apprehended him at West State Street and North 10th Street downtown, according to the complaint.

No one EVER goes thru the jury door except the jury and select members of the court.  They literally had to chase him down outside.  JHC, get a clue.

They did this to make the point that they can defy our system of checks and balances. They could have just grabbed him in the parking lot. Wake the fukk up. Our democracy is falling apart one brazen move like this at a time.

That's not "per the Affidavit," this is per the Affidavit:

Quote

Another attorney ("Attorney C"), who was in Courtroom 615 on April 18, 2025, to represent a client, also advised case agents that he observed Judge DUGAN forcefully direct two individuals, a man and a woman, to leave through the jury door. Attorney C indicated that this was done with a "stern" tone.

After leaving the Chief Judge's vestibule and returning to the public hallway, DEA Agent A reported that Flores-Ruiz and his attorney were in the public hallway. DEA Agent B also observed Flores-Ruiz and his attorney in the hallway near Courtroom 615 and noted that Flores Ruiz was looking around the hallway.

I don't know if a case can be dismissed at arraignment but this might be, especially if it's treated as a preliminary hearing.

Any place he’s played a Ryder Cup is fair game. We can exile him to Ireland to stay with Rory.

Just wanted to shoot the breeze with you on draft strategy in a random thread without the other league guys seeing it. I love when they take JT in the first round lol

Blackmail plays a part I'm sure. Hopefully they imprison a few more judges who are helping to undermine our country.

This is just red meat when they should be arresting Obama, Biden, Brennan, Comey, Schiff, Fauci, the J6 committee and a few dozen other Dems
